April Art Journaling Week 4 {Growth}

Our Word Prompt for April is Growth. This represents Growth to me - some days I've moved into the acceptance stage. You don't stay in these "stages" for very long, they're more like cycles. However, today, I'm in this "stage" and this is "growth" to me - today and that's a real big step in my "grief growth". Even the designs I chose shows growth; Heartfelt and Still Changing by Vicki Robinson.

Thanks so much, Olga. Scrapping is and has always been my therapy. I'd probably be sitting in the corner sucking my thumb if I didn't have this outlet. :heartpumpred::heartpumpred::heartpumpred:

Thank you so much for your sweet words. Yes, it has been a wonderful outlet for me to process my grief. I've been doing "Grief Art Journaling" since my husband passed away at the end of January. You should definitely join us and work through your own grief with art journaling. I'm sorry for your loss, too.:heartpumpred::hug2:
