Yet another spread using the classic ArtPlay Arrive Collection , which I LOVE. There is something about post card graphics that I cannot resist.
I started with the large photo on the left, blending it with a Melancholy FotoBlendz.
Wanting a circle on the right, I chose FotoInspired 3B Page 10.
Background is Arrive papers, transfers and lots of brushes, with a Hue Adjustment Layer and a Blue Color Overlay at 70% Opacity.
The weather vane (an attempt to show it was windy) is cobbled from 2 Public Domain images on rawpixel.

Fabulous use of the palette with the template. Love the lower right cluster of word art, elements and different frames.

On the left,I feel as if I am in an aquarium. Beautiful pages, really like the interesting frame work.
