Yet another spread using the classic
ArtPlay Arrive Collection , which I LOVE. There is something about post card graphics that I cannot resist.
I started with the large photo on the left, blending it with a Melancholy FotoBlendz.
Wanting a circle on the right, I chose FotoInspired 3B Page 10.
Background is Arrive papers, transfers and lots of brushes, with a Hue Adjustment Layer and a Blue Color Overlay at 70% Opacity.
The weather vane (an attempt to show it was windy) is cobbled from 2 Public Domain images on rawpixel.
