that's not a frog king, it's olaf, a common toad, who visited us last summer in the evening on our terrace.
He's not a good-looking chap, but he's very useful because he eats lots of slugs and insects and he finds plenty of them on our veranda.
I hope he visits us again this summer, but if not, I've bought some watercolours with meaningful names like mountain grass, mountain grass sunny or in the shadow and spooky forest to paint a souvenir picture of him.
