Inspiration – I looked at the colors of this collection and looked at my catalog for pictures that would work and came across these of the Two.
Start – File>New 12x12 300.
Frames – used the frames from Watercolor template 1.6.
Paper – I placed Solid Papers 4 over the background layer.
Photos – I added the photo to the mask layer of the frames using Layer>Create Clipping Mask. The focal photo I simply added a stroke to.
Transfers-Transfer 6 and 4 were placed on the top left. Transfer 2 was placed on top with a Hard Light blend mode. Then added the splatter. Placed Overlay 2 I put on the right edge and reduced the opacity.
Elements-Multimedia Lock Key 1.4 was placed under the I changed the color on one of the hearts. I used the Elliptical tool to make a small oval and used delete to make a small hole and on a layer behind the photo and painted in black.
Title Cluster- Started with word transfer and added a word art, then the beaded word. Lastly, I placed a word strip over the heart transfer but under the beaded word.
Brush-Used Lock Key No1.7, plus brushes 2 and 4.
I checked for drop shadows.
