Created with the Month Review Template Album No.8 with the Artplay Palette Star and other bits and pieces from the January Value Pack. One of our local river crossings has had an upgrade with a new bridge constructed! One month after it was built the flood waters came up and over, so not much has changed!

Process Page 3JanB of the Month Review Template Album No.8 forms the foundation of this layout. A Solid Paper creates the Background Layer with a Hue/Saturation Adjustment Layer applied to change the hue. Some of the Template Layers were turned off and others filled with colour or moved around the Page to better suit my Layout. My focal image was duplicated multiple times and clipped to a Transfer. Each Layer of the clipping set has a Blending Mode applied to it. A Paper Texture was placed on top of the Photo. Overlays were placed into the Background. Supporting images were clipped to the Frame Layers. Dimensional elements were placed between the Frames as well as on top of the Frames. WordART, Splatters and Journaling completed the page.
