This is the most wonderful border ever, I think, and I love your use of the gradient background paper to create a stunning design.
And since I'm generally unable to make all the comments I'd like to make (overwhelmed), I'd like to take this chance to wish you a wonderful holiday season. :xmas6:

I love this... So different from my style.. simple and clean, using our prize items.... Love the green paper behind the row of houses... Simple and VERY effective.... One has to wonder if you know where you are headed when you start a page... I never know , and as a result end up with lots of "stuff" on my pages...

Stunning and clever! The border with the houses and the Christmas tree in between is just perfect, I love it very much.
