Process
Pattern paper 3 from APP Uncanny was used as the foundation for the page. The photo of the house was clipped to a fotoblendz mask, duplicated with the blending mode changed to color burn. A gold stain from AT Uncanny_1 was layered over the image with the blending mode changed to linear burn (reduced opacity). The cuckoo clock was added. The image of my grandmother and great aunt were extracted and placed over the skeleton and ghost, making it look like they are sitting in the balcony. Artsy Transfers Uncanny_1 was added (some of the layers were either recolored or the blending mode changed). The page was completed by adding confetti, splatters, word art and journaling.
