I was in only 3rd grade when The Beatles took the US by storm and didn't learn to truly appreciate them until I was in 7th grade and we did some McCartney ballads in Girl's Glee Club. I was hooked. This ballad - "Let It Be" - is just loaded with sage advice but sung so longingly. One of my very favorites and perfect for an art journal page!
The background consists of a NASA photo of the Eagle Nebula in Normal mode but at 26% opacity over solid paper 6 in Darker Color mode over grunge paper 8 with various stamps and elements in between, including NASA photo Trumpler 14 in the Carina Nebula clipped to Stamp 5 used as a clipping mask.
