Added solid paper beneath
Positioned photos above frame mask and clipping mask and clipped
Applied black and white adjustment layer to large photo and added a tint
Added high pass filter to smaller image to bring out details
Positioned brushes, wordart and overlay
Love this. The blending of the large photo looks amazing and the smaller photo in front is really beautiful. I aso love the words, hearts and the stop sign.

Beautiful and unique use of the palette. I have photos just like this, and never knew what could be done with them. Of course, the background on mine is not so spectacular as this.
