APP Artsy Paper 2 creates the foundation. The Out of Bounds frame was created by adding the Hipster Plume Fotoblendz to the Element Frame. The Urban Threadz were used to draw attention to the small fairy in her hands. An Adjustment layer was used to boost the hue/saturation in the photo around her face. A FotoGlow was added. Elements create a cluster on the edge of the frame. Transfers were added to ground the title and add to visual movement.
