Tilly loves to drink the cool well water straight from the wide-open faucet and getting a shower in the process.

I started with the photo (processed in Topaz Studio), duplicated, and clipped both copies to FotoBlendz Overlays 13-1 and 13-5 (flipped vertically), then placed Solid Paper 4, reduced slightly with a blurred, warped drop shadow below and Solid Paper 3 below that for the foundation. I placed some layers from Elysium Artsy Transfer 2 and brush work between the two papers and some layers above the photo. I added several Transfers from the palette, then elements, word art, title and date. I added Bevel/Emboss, Stroke Drop Shadow to the wood words and erased parts of the string/shadow to appear woven through the word art. I placed a Gradient Fill Adj. Layer at the top on Soft Light blend mode @ 76% Opacity.
