Started with artsy paper for my base
Added transfer and used as a mask
Placed my image then 2 more copies of my image above mask and clipped
Added blending modes to photo layers, along with a high pass filter
Added wordart and elements to add interest
Using ideas from Creative Artistry with ToolSets, placed numerous brushes to add interest to my layout
Placed a solid fill layer as top layer in order to create cohesion in my page
Note: to add more depth, I used the object selection tool on my artsy paper in order to create my own
