I started with FotoInspired Template Pack 3B, p2, selecting all layers (except threadz and staples) and reducing to leave about 1” border, and turned off the text boxes. I clipped photos to two masks (1 b&w) and Skys The Limit Transfer 7 to the top right mask. I extracted the clock (w/ Levels Adj. Layer) and placed it below frame 1, turned off the mask, erased the shadow layer inside the frame, and clipped a copy of the flying caps (Linear Burn, 46% Opacity) to the frame. I added word art and the large numbers with various Layer Styles, and name/date. Embellished with elements, Star FotoGlows, Art Strokes, paper transfer, splatters, ArtStroke Frame, star brushes, and Magic Sprinklez.
