I fell in love at first sight with Anna's new ArtPlay MiniPalette Felicitous. I really wanted to play with the contrast between feeling happiness (the kit's elements and colors) and the glooming of reality.

Creating process:
1. I started with a solid paper (as usual).
2. I placed the branch and created realistic drop shadow:
- added a drop shadow layer style
- created a new layer from the style
- used the Warp tool to transform the shadow
- finally applied a Gaussian Blur filter
This element became the separator between the two parts of my page.
3. Onto the under area I placed colorful elements and transfers from the kit.
4. Over the branch I placed a mask and a Midjourney generated black and white city sketch was clipped to it (to represent the desolation and baldness of our workaday world)
