When I saw the grungy paper and the red stripes in the Cosmopolis Collection, it inspired me to create "Wall Art". My cat was looking out the blinds, so I took that black and white photo and made it look like she was sitting on a wall outside looking in. Thanks for looking.
Construction: I started with the ArtPlay Palette Cosmopolis Solid Paper #4 (this paper has a ton of grunge). I added my photo and clipped it to Transfer #7 of the palette.
I added MultiMedia Frames No 4 #1 under the photo transfer moving the red button and B&W string above the photo.
I added several palette transfers, art strokes, brushes, along with TapedTextures No 6. I re-colored some red.
For the cluster at the top, I used Art WordART Mix No 1 Acrylic Words #1 & #5 modified, adding red coloring. I used the buttons and threads from MultiMedia Frames No 4 #2.
