Inspiration – I looked at the paper and thought a night scene would work so I went looking for some nigh time photos
Start – Fole>New 12x12 300
Paper – Solid Paper 3 was added approve the background layer
Mask – I placed TwilightZone Fotoblendz 1.3 on the page. Then added only the mask layer of Fotoblendz 1.5
Photo – I grouped Fotoblenz 1.3 and attached the focal photo to the group using Layer>Create Clipping Mask. I moved three of the fotoglow layers out of the group and above. I attached the other photo to the separate mask layer. Then shifted the photos till I thought they fixed together well.
Elements – I added Magic Sprinklez 1.4 placed slightly below the focal photo. I made a small cluster with string and a star, which I duplicated two times. I resized two copies and added to the string. Next I added the wood words Night and Life.
Words – I Typed Quebec and placed it new the cluster to complete my title.
