Unless they really don't fit my photos, I find it easiest to use Travel Templates in order - this is Page 3 with one set of Frames moved to the left, and the PhotoBlendz copies so I could extend blended photos across the page.
To further extend and blend the two images, I made a brush from the bark (I use the lasso tool, grab a section of the photo, Ctrl-J to make a copy, then duplicate it, rotating, resizing and adjusting transparency).
Minimal embellishment on this page (I may change that when I proof the whole project) but I included the yellow flower which appears on the cover.
The "Him" Strom word art perfectly mimicked the shape of the slide - I filled the threadz with beige, added a stroke and drop shadow, and added a beige Overlay layer to the letters to better match the tones of the page.
The photo of the slide was dark, so I added a copy in Linear Dodge mode, only exposing Oz and his dad to brighten them.
