For my background paper, I blended 4 papers together to achieve that look. I applied different blend modes for the 3 papers layered on top of the base.

For my base paper, I used miscpp 03 from the Misc Mixed Media Paperie.

I then used basicbacks 01from the Basic Backgrounds Pack and layered it on top of my base 3 tops. For my first layer using this paper, I applied the screen blend mode. For my 2nd layer using this paper, I used the color burn blend mode. For the 3rd and final layer with this paper, I applied the color burn blend mode again.
