Journaling reads: I drive by this house and barn quite often. Every time I do, I wonder about the stories the walls could tell of days gone by! I never noticed until this year that in the top left window on the end of the house is a snowman! I wonder what the story is behind him standing next to the window?
Wonderful design...and good questions asked. I'm curious about that snowman, too. We just bought a farmhouse/barn dating back to 1876 and have been loving the "clues" we're finding, like old hardware and other artifacts on the property. Love the integrity of old structures and you've captured that solid feeling here.

I enjoy the structure of this page and the mixing of texture and framing. Lovely soft colour palette finishes it off.
It has been a pleasure to have your participation for this month’s challenge.
Thanks for joining the Challenge this month and sharing your creativity.
I love to make up my own stories about these places. In a way what has vanished makes it like a blank book you're welcome to fill any way you wish. That brick chimney is gorgeous and I love the painted wooden board background.
I love so much about this page @vickyday! First, that big picture and the way that you blended it! Then put the frame around the center of the picture...and kept the road in the frame. Love the title and its placement. And your journaling now has me just as curious as everyone else about this home and its snowman!
