Page 6 of PTA7 on the left, with the additional FotoBlendz used on the right. Photo on the right desaturated with a Hue/Saturation and Levels adjustment layers to deal with the very colorful walker toy.
Created 3 Custom Clusters (added the aqua colors in a Visual Triangle to add some color to the rather neutral palette) and added splatters for movement.

His other grandma has been warning me - apparently he takes after his dad (my girl was active but not a boy ;-) )
