You need soft butter, a spoon and a bowl. I tried buying premade fat bombs but the erythritol upset my stomach so I started trying different recipes using the xylitol we keep in our sugar canister. The recipe can be made into servings, but maybe just put the mix in a jar and take a spoonful as needed.
