I blended an artsy and a plain paper together for my foundation. I duplicated 2 transfers and placed them under my photo. I extracted the photo in PS. On top of the photo I placed an artsy transfer and changed the blending mode. All the elements and word strips are from elements in the collection. Thank you for looking.
