Process
A solid paper from APP Veranda was used as the foundation of the page. The photo of two palm trees standing against a wall of a build was processed in the iPhone app Stackables. A variety of colored textures were applied along with a variety of blending modes. The photo was imported into PSE and inverted (Cmd + I or Ctrl + I) giving it a "photo negative" appearance. The inverted image was clipped to a fotoblendz mask. The blending mode of the mask was changed to hard light. Transfer_3 from APP Veranda was layered over the photo. Paint layers from AT Veranda_1 were layered behind the fotoblendz mask, duplicated, horizontally flipped and moved to the other side to give balance to the image. A layer mask was added and using the gradient tool, the layers were blended together. A transfer from APP Sashay was layered on the photo. A paper texture, artstroke and splatters were added. The page was completed by adding word art and dimensional embellishments.
