APP My Camera (solid paper 3, transfer 2 & 7)
Frame Masks 1 (frame 4)
Foto WordArt 3 (no 9)
Splatters 9 (splatter 6)

Created new document and placed solid paper with 2 transfers on top
Added frame mask, duplicated the mask, merged and brought in photo
Ran photo through Topaz Studio 2, clipped it to original photo and clipped to extended mask
Added wordart, splatter and signature

That's a beauty! Looks great on the dark background with those splashes of color.
