Mt. Princeton

We started out early but Waypoint 3 was a mistake. We had been to the top of Mt. Princeton before and we backtracked and made it in time to enjoy the stark red sunrise through the clouds from above 12,000 ft. I was showing all the signs of altitude stress, so we turned around just before the shelf road.

What a gorgeous sunrise! I love how you are making the journaling book pages - love the layering - love the photos of flowers - sorry about altitude sickness - fantistic pages

I'm always surprised by the power of altitude changes, even the smallish ones. We were just at the top of Whiteface Mt. in the Adirondacks...high for NYS...and I felt the effects, a little. I am loving your treatment of these recent pages. Glad you turned around.

Gorgeous sunrise and blooms! Love the mileage log. Altitude sickness is not fun. Am enjoying your travels!

BeaUtilful sunrise! Even though the altitude gotcha that photo.... WOW! Looks like a wonderful trip!

Beautiful sunrise and I like the way the photos show the flowers next to rocks.
