I blended two of the papers by et design (Luminosity) in order to get the color and that wonderful wrinkle for the background. I layered sprigs of leaves from Palvinka's kit on top of the painted frame and tacked them down with the metal word strip. To get the shadows "right" I created Layers from the Style, then either used the Warp Tool or Layer masks to soften the edges and move them around a bit, especially on the title so it looked like the stickers were slightly peeling up.
