This is page 10 from MFTA - I am trying hard to use the template pages in order, just to make decisions easier, and so far it's working out well! As per usual I split the frames and FotoBlendz onver the 2 pages (and removed one of the FotoBlendz and a Frame/Mask set).
APP Archive provides the background, I made a little journaling box by cutting a section out of an Archive paper, adding a drop shadow. Elements of MM Balloons recolored. Word Strips from APP Home cut so only the "home" part shows.
