First I built the background Remarkable Paper 1 then added paper 2. Next Transfer Remarkable 3, Artsy Transfer 5, and Transfer 2. That completes the background.
Now I add the building and start adding over the top of everything mixing and blending it all together.
Remarkable brush 10. I then duplicated that brush. Next Arrows3, brush 4, Arrows 3 again. Another brush 11 changing Hue/Saturation added again in a different position.
