My favorite food! Often eaten for Sunday breakfast, especially when we have my SIL's home-made bread available. I also eat it for lunch, and would eat it for dinner too, but hub is not a fan of 'breakfast for dinner' ;-)

The fleur-de-lis has a Drop Shadow and Bevel Layer Style to pop it. The Syrup Bottle is free clip art from the internet, to which I added text. The eggs are also free clip art. The Retro Woman is from Recipe Sampler Pack 2. I adjusted the Opacity down to 88% and added a Hue/Saturation Adjustment Layer to make her less black & white. Then I added selective colors to her ingredients. Each color is a different Layer, clipped to the image, and colored with a simple Soft Round Brush. Text was added to the box of milk (SOY), and the cinnamon is clip art.
Note - Photoshop does not have 'bullet points' for text. You can either add these as glyphs https://www.annaaspnesdesigns.com/using-glyphs-in-photoshop-elements/ or, as I did here, make a tiny dot using the Shape Tool, then Duplicate.
