Inspiration -By a post by Marijke called "I love Spring" who was inspired by a Blog Tutorial called ArtsyKardz Cut-Out Title Effect . BUt of course we all have done things a little bit our way.
Start - one of my differences is I started with a Fotoinspired Template (Project Template Album 3.26 Fotoinspired. I turned off all the frames and then I turned off the masks that I didn't want to use. Lastly I organized the frames the way I thought I wanted them though when I was done I did some more adjusting.
Masks - Some of the masks I used Edit>Fill to add a colorful background for either and Artsy Transfer or a regular transfer. Otheres I added a paper to which I clipped to the Mask using Layer>Create Clipping Mask. To the LSolid Papers I added a transfer or Artsy Transfers.
Paper - I placed SurfsUp Artsy Paper 3 over the background.
Title - I typed the word beach in a thick font and adjusted the size so that it big. I than Rasterized the type and added a Drop Shadow.
Photo - I used a recent photo of the beach which I clipped to the Title using Layer>Create Clipping Mask. I then made two copies of the picture which I applied different Blending Modes. I placed a different photo on the bottom of the page and used Blend Mode Hard Mix to blend it into the background. I added a Mask so I could remove the hard edge of the photo at the top.
Elements - I added two shells from APP Heart Beach and a Starfish from APP Evenfall to the bottom of three of the masks. Adding drop shadows to the shells.
