Made with the Mini Palette Modish.

Simply used one of the papers from the product and the added an image from
Valentina Pellitteri kit "Scream with Joy". I then blended one of the stains and recoloured them via - Edit Fill - Colour - Colour and made sure the check box for preserve layer transparency was still checked.

I also added words and paper image from Celebrate Word Art.
