Process: Clipped photo to FotoBlendz Overlays clipping mask and placed on Uplift Solid Paper 1. Arranged white scroll part of Uplift Overlay 3 over sky. Placed Uplift Transfer 5 to right of balloon; then rotated it horizontally and place on left side of balloon. Recolored several Uplift brushes and added to composition. Finished with WordART and elements.
