This is a page that came together in a weird way but I am happy with where it went. I had gotten Shady Lady for a previous layout but wound up going a different direction and didnt use it. So, I knew I wanted to use that kit. But I had no idea how. Then I saw that the Poem & Lyrics challenge was to be inspired by the song Vincent by Michael McLean. Ive loved that song for a long time, so I knew I wanted to do that challenge but I didnt think I could make Shady Lady work for the challenge. Then I started playing with clipping papers to the overlays from AFT Designs and Crafty Button Designs and changing blend modes and the page just came together. The stars came from Fire and Ice. Im actually using the same star element in three groups of two. All three sets are set to Vivid Light blend mode. One has a color overlay of dark blue. The other two have a white color overlay.
