For the April Challenge #1 - Quote It

A week after the birth, we were finally able to show Oone to my father. He was so very proud and happy that he could still experience this. He fought to enjoy her as long as possible, and 5 wk later he passed away.
How terribly I miss my father, my mind knows it was right for him, but my heart breaks in 2 when I think of him. If only I could talk to him a little more....

I feel this so much. Your layout grabbed my attention. I have almost the same photo of my #3 kid and my grandpa. Its such a bitter sweet moment. Overwhelming love and yet sadness they weren't here to see more and know their great grands. I'm so happy you have this photo. You created a beautiful layout to showcase such a precious photo. :heartpumppink:
