So, this has a great story. Our friend Debby came to visit us and DH was sure they needed to go snowshoeing, even though he got a zillion signs that it was a bad idea. So, after renting snowshoes they went up to the snow to go snowshoeing and had a great time. meanwhile I was at work and hanging out with my son at home. Once I go thome I gace it some time but eventually started getting worried after not hearing from them for hours. Worried enough to call the state troopers. Well, while I was worrying about what happened to them up on the mountain this is what was actually happening...they did their snowshoeing and went back to my DH's POS jeep and it wouldn't start. Then DH dropped his key in the snow and they couldn't find it. Not to mention there was no phone reception on the mountain. So, they got themselves to a bar in town and called a tow truck. My friend Debby kept saying how upset I was going to be and the tow truck driver thought she meant they were having an affair. So finally after their comedy of errors they got to a place where I could talk to them and pick them up. Finally I had an excuse to make derek get rid of that horrible jeep. Yay!! But now we look back and it is really funny.
