Process: I started with an artsy paper from ArtPlay Palette Uplift and set it as background. I placed the photo and used the Magic Wand Tool and extracted the Ferris Wheel from the sky. Then I added brushes from BONUS AnnaRelease 12 July 2019 and placed these as a bottom line to the photo. I then placed a balloon from MultiMedia Balloons No 4. I did some adjustments to match the colors in the background with the photo and balloon, and finished the layout with the title from BONUS AnnaRelease 12 July 2019 and a thread from Knotted UrbanThreadz No 1.
