Process:
The ArtPlay Palette Uplift is simply filled with energy and inspiration!
I started opening a 12x12 300 dpi. I opened Solid Paper and Artsy Paper. Artsy Paper was turned into Linear Burn, so I strengthened the depth of the red color. A copy of Artsy Paper was made. I mirrored it and turned it vertically. I've deleted an unnecessary part now. I opened and placed the Transfer and then cut the photo to the top. A copy of the photo was made. The copy was deleted with a layer mask, only the statue next to the staircase remained. Blending: Overlay. So I strengthened the statue's visibility. The oval frame and the yellow flower were placed above the statue. I stepped back to Solid Paper. I made a copy of the photo again. Now I set it to black with B&W Effect, and deleted it with a layer mask, leaving only the desired colors.
Finally I decorated the page with Hipster Plume, WordArt and the name of the place.
