Dignity sculpture is a stunning combination of art and history.
Located on a bluff between exits 263 and 265 on Interstate 90 near Chamberlain, South Dakota.
The stainless steel, 50-foot-tall statue was specifically designed by sculptor Dale Lamphere to honor the cultures of the Lakota and Dakota people.
I absolutely love this! We went to the Black Hills and Yellowstone along I90 many times but we haven't been since 2015 so we haven't seen this sculpture in person. But I love the picture of it. Dignity is such a perfect title...because it truly does reflect the dignity of these people! You scrapped it beautifully!
