I used frames from WaterColor Template Album 10, page 12, on the left, over a Jouer Artsy Paper. Two photos were partially desaturated then clipped to the masks.
On the right I used a Jouer FotoBlendz to blend the large photo, and MM Frames for the photo of Oz, recoloring the frame to match his hat.
