Oz's Montessori school held a little "prom" to celebrate the end of the school year. It was impossibly cute 
Frames from the Rhapsody Collection were perfect - 2 MM Frames and 2 from the ArtPlay Palette.
The last photo I placed with a simple drop shadow.
The extraction done on iPhone with a custom drop shadow added.
Background is Rhapsody Solid Paper 4, with some perfect balloon images from rawpixel.
Rhapsody Transfers and elements almost finished things off. I needed to complete a purple visual triangle. Creative Artistry with Toolsets to the rescue!
