A couple of photos from the weekend.
Another alternate use of Stitched Template - here I used the Stitched from Page 9 of the Templates but resized it - the stitched it more condensed but gives a nice grid to the page, contrasting it with a more organic page on the right.
I combined ArtPlay AUtumn Cheer background with ArtPlay Denovo, adjusting the colors for more blue.
On the right I used a DeNovo FotoBlendz and carried over the blue with brushes. Likewise I added orange brushes on the left for color buddy balance.
Wrote a little story:
I found a gnome
I couldn't keep
I said night night
he went to sleep
Gnomes live in trees
mommy says
inside the trees
thay make their beds
boys live in houses
with rooms inside
you cannot bring
a gnome inside
and so I gave the
gnome a hug
and placed him back
beside his tree

and then we both
went off to sleep
