A close friend recently lost her battle against cancer. This is the place where she drew strength to continue until the last day.

Process
A solid paper from APP Kinsfolk was used as the base of the page. The photo was place on the page. Several AnnaBlendz Artsy 8 png files were layered over it. When I was satisfied with the coverage, the png files were merged and the photo was then clipped to them. The blending mode of the merged files were changed to color burn. Arsty paper 3 from APP Moorlands was clipped to a Decor 1 png file. The paper was duplicated 2 more times with the blending mode changed to linerar burn. Several Paper Textures and Spackle Textures were added to the page. The blending mode of these was changed to multiply with a reduced opacity. Embellishments, an overlay and a png file from Take Flight 2 were added (blending modes changed to soft light and duplicated) to complete the page.
