AA Color Challenge - 2/23/2023

My Grandmother attended a Leap Year Ball in either 1904 or 1908, prior to marrying my Grandfather. This program card is now in my possession, which she kept all the years she had it. I would love to hear all about the Ball, what she wore, and who was her favorite beau.

Wonderful heritage page! A piece of family history preserved. I wonder who she danced with too. She probably had a dance card with the gentlemen's names written on it. Beautiful blending!

Thank you Miki! I'm continuing with my family layouts, making slow progress. The dance card shows she had two dances with Elmer, and one each with Anderson and Swenson. None of these became her husband though.
