Process... I blended

Then moved it over to the left so strong vertical lines were gone and duplicated the two layers, then I masked out the hard edge making a new paper ...merged the 4 layers then blended

Then I brought in
AASPN_ArtsyTransferBreakAwaySample on the top left corner and blended that (divide)... added designdewild.freebieJan15i with a blend mode and continued on adding various elements and blending almost everything...
I duplicated the left frame and placed one above and one below the photo then masked out till I got a look I liked...
