Although drought has been pretty common in California during the almost 24 years I have lived here, it seems it
is potentially worse this year and raising many concerns...

I am taking the photo from far below Janice, just barely visble on the top of the hill... Just know that we are both standing on what should be the bottom of the lake!!!!
