This is Narooma, a lovely spot down on the NSW coast below Wollongong.

I selected a couple of artsy templates and mixed it up. Used a watercolor fotoblendz to mask the photo. Added textures, urban stitchez and minibrads and also a couple of brushes from AP Seafoam. The background paper is from AP Pinery. The edge overlay is from AP Bask.
