This is the cover for my documenting december 2023 project.
Every year I keep an album for the month of December and have done so for about 6 years.

Today is a busy day.
I have to be at the doctor in the morning
to discuss my blood results,
my sugar and cholesterol levels are too high.
I still have 3 months to watch my food
If not I will have to start medication.
In the afternoon I have lunch with Angelie my colleague,
and in the evening I met up with friends,
from high school.
