The past two weeks have been extremely tough for me. I found out about a tragic incident in my family that happened more than twenty years ago. While I had my suspicions, I now know I was right about it all along. Initially, I found myself wondering, “Was there anything I could have done to prevent this?” After thinking it over, I realized that I had no power to alter what occurred. With the prayers and kind support of friends, I’ve decided to take things day by day and to let go of this painful experience, allowing it to stay in the past.

Oh Betty Jo, what a beautiful layout. I'm sorry its been such a rough couple weeks. Your LO speaks on so many levels, the hurt/sadness, the determination to keep going, and the love that you feel. I love how you put it on a journal, letting all the emotions flow across the page. :heartpumppink:
