https://www.panosfx.com/free-photoshop-actions/interweaving-magic']FX action called Interweaving Magi[/URL]c. I played with it a lot, extending the weaving, placing a copy of the photo behind, and using brushes to blend.
On the right is page 10 from FotoInspired Template Pack 3B. I clipped a Handwritten Recipe to the paper and WordArt and Aged Tape to the tag.
The background is ArtPlay Ocean Cove, with a sand transfer repeated across the bottom.
Final steps were HomeMade Transfers and elements to form a red Visual Triangle.
